As an investor with a focus on real estate in the areas of education, affordable housing and promotion of quality of life, we have the opportunity to have a lasting positive influence on these asset classes. Due to my close connection to India in particular, I have a very good idea of the immense importance of high-quality education for future generations.

I am a lawyer with more than fifteen years of professional and transaction experience in the areas of structured finance, project and real estate finance and renewable energies. My career to date has taken me to the international major law firms Clifford Chance and Norton Rose Fulbright and the cooperative DZ BANK AG. In 2020 I founded NEXT Generation Invest together with Oliver Grossmann and Hannes Ressel, which constituted the next logical step in my professional career.
