The Skydeck stands as the tallest building in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, serving as a striking landmark on the campus. Its highlight is the Skybar, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. The tower also features a premium hotel, a restaurant, modern office spaces, and a fitness center.
Alongsidde to it, the Officedeck spans six floors, providing a dynamic and inspiring workspace designed for creative collaboration and innovative business ideas. Carefully tailored to meet the demands of modern companies, it appeals to forward-thinking employers aiming to attract top talent from the region and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Directly connected, the Parkdeck, built using a modular construction approach, extends over ten levels and features generous parking capacity with a comprehensive EV charging infrastructure powered by photovoltaic systems, ensuring it meets the mobility demands of the future.

As a distinctive, wing-shaped landmark, the Innovationsdeck will house the new headquarters of Ostseesparkasse, high-quality dining options, and a convenient retail space. It will also serve as the city’s innovation hub, featuring a state-of-the-art multi-purpose sports hall, providing space for local sports clubs and a wide range of events.
At the heart of the district, a central piazzetta invites visitors to relax and connect, surrounded by rich green spaces and modular container units offering additional community services.
