The focus of our investment strategy lies on impact-oriented real estate investments (Impact Investments), emphasizing quality education, affordable and reasonable living, properties that promote or preserve quality of life, and properties of special public interest. From the initial screening of potentially interesting properties from an impact perspective, through dedicated sustainability analysis as part of the due diligence process, to the measurement and active management of the generated impact after purchase, impact investing is integrated into all our investment processes. Our comprehensive approach considers both social criteria as well as the ecological performance of properties, alongside intensive and proactive dialogue with all relevant stakeholders to continuously improve the property-related impact performance. Our investment strategy targets CORE and CORE+ properties with solvent local authorities as tenants. The long-term rental agreements are indexed. The investments focus institutional investors in Germany and Austria.
