Sustainable management ensures the conservation of resources that enable current and future service provision. Our actions today therefore determine the world of tomorrow. In doing so, we enter into a generational contract and enjoy the privilege of responsibility. My personal motivation is to apply this effectively in the real estate industry. 

As a real estate appraiser and risk controller, I have been advising institutional investors, financing institutions, portfolio holders, and auditors on the valuation of complex residential and commercial properties domestic and abroad for over 20 years.

In doing so, I support the development of strategies and transactions for real estate portfolios, as well as the implementation of risk management processes within organizations.

My career to date has included positions at leading international real estate appraisal companies, economic development agencies, the construction supply industry, management consulting firms, and investment companies.

For the past eight years, I have been teaching at colleges and universities on the topics of real estate valuation, transactions, and marketing, and I myself hold a german engineering degree and an international MBA. I am also a certified DVFA risk manager, IPMA project manager, HypZert F, and MRICS.
