Just talking about sustainability is not enough, we also have to act sustainably. As players in the real estate sector, we have a direct influence on generating a measurable, positive societal and social impact in addition to a financial return. I am convinced that we as a society will have benefits from this now and in immediate future.

After completing my master degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering at Bochum University of Applied Sciences. After gaining some experience in classical civil engineering I moved to a Swiss architectural company with offices in Germany. Here I deepened my knowledge in the field of school refurbishments and also gained initial experience in consulting and technical due diligence before focusing entirely on technical consulting. In recent years, I have been involved in many acquisition and sales processes as part of the technical due diligence process, as well as advising on various project developments up to closing and beyond.  At NEXT Generation Invest AG, I can also put my personal interest in more sustainability into practice professionally.
