WE ARE INVESTING IN HIGH-QUALITY PROJECTS WITH IMPACT IN THE FIELD OF LOW OR NEGATIVE EMISSION TECHNOLOGIES, RENEWABLE ENERGIES, AND SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

Object classes

  • Renewable Energies
    • Solar (existing assets, repowering, development with limited risk)
    • Biomass, wood gasification, and biogas
  • CO2 capturing infrastructure
    • Pyrolysis and biochar
    • Other CO2 capture or infrastructure within the same value chain (vertical)
    • Passive participation in CO2 certificate infrastructure in Europe
      • Social infrastructure such as real estate (temporary schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.)

Property Requirements and Locations

  • Locations in Germany and Austria, particularly those with high demand for the specified property class and usage concept
  • Long-term purchase agreements for energy or other produced goods
