We are committed to supporting carefully selected projects that deliver tangible impacts while ensuring attractive long-term returns. As impact investors in the real assets sector, our investment strategy encompasses both real estate and infrastructure projects.

In the real estate sector, we target specific real estate use cases with demonstrably high demand that cannot be fully met by public funding. In the infrastructure sector, we prioritize low- and negative-emission technologies and investment opportunities aimed at modernizing and decarbonizing ecological and social infrastructure.

Our holistic approach integrates both social and ecological considerations into our investment strategy. This includes active management of overarching sustainability aspects and meticulous reporting in line with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
