The construction industry is one of the world's largest sources of CO₂ emissions. If we do not take targeted action here, where should we? I am convinced that by acting responsibly today, we are laying the foundation for a more sustainable built environment tomorrow. I consciously embrace this responsibility.

As a qualified Architect (Dipl.-Ing.) and GPM-certified Construction Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience in national and international construction projects, I am responsible for developing project, schedule, and resource plans in close collaboration with the project team, as well as monitoring project progress, including risk management and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

I ensure compliance with project objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards while actively supporting the selection and implementation of modern project management tools and methodologies. Transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, together with the facilitation of regular project meetings, is an integral part of my role, as is identifying and implementing opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and project performance.
