With €760 million in AuM, we are a leading player in Germany’s impact-focused real estate fund sector. Our investment strategy is centered on real assets, with a particular spotlight on real assets and infrastructure that generate clear social and environmental impact.
Currently, we invest in and actively manage real assets of significant societal relevance, including affordable housing, high-quality educational institutions, and public-interest real estate—taking responsibility for future generations.
Recognizing the urgency of climate action, we have expanded our portfolio to include investment solutions in climate-friendly energy infrastructure, targeting low- and negative-emission technologies. This involves the strategic allocation of capital into renewable energy sources such as biomass, wind, solar, and hydropower.
Our in-house expertise covers the structuring, initiation, and management of specialized investment funds for institutional investors.
